With an interest and passion that has lasted more than a decade, Scott Smith founded Portico Classic Homes in 2010 with the mission to bring a hands-on, personal approach to the home building and renovation business.

Scott began his career in homebuilding with one of the nation’s largest home builders where for seven years he learned the ropes of the industry, the importance of time management, and the principle of standing behind your product. Scott spent the next few years with a local custom builder developing the skills needed to cater each client’s individual needs in the custom market.
